Baby Development through Yoga “Baby Yoga”

 

Yoga exercises are taken from traditional learning and include massage, stretching and joint flexing for the baby and parent’s posture during practice with awareness of breath and core connection.

Baby Yoga is a movement language that builds a parent-baby relationship through massage, touch, sound and motion.

 

Baby Yoga is an experience that provides inspiration, ideas courage and confidence resulting with relaxation and quality development.

 

Baby yoga practice supports the development of various systems in the body of the baby, strengthens the immune system, responds to pain and contributes to relaxation, better sleep and strengthens the bond between parents and children.

 

Baby Yoga Courses are 8 week sessions for babies 6 weeks to crawling and for every parent, regardless of age, weight or experience.

 

Workshops are offered for groups and as well as private sessions in Jaffa or the surrounding area.
